Paper Submission Guidelines: UNCIEM 2026
We invite authors to submit their technical papers for the UEM National Conference on Innovation and Embedding Machines (UNCIEM 2026), scheduled for 12th–13th March 2026, via Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth submission process.
Paper Preparation
- Authors are encouraged to submit original, unpublished research manuscripts related to the conference topics.
- Plagiarism: Similarity index must not exceed 15%.
- Format: Submissions must be in PDF format following the Scitepress conference paper templates (two-column format).
- Templates:
- Maximum six A4 pages.
- Double-blind review: Do not include author names in the submission.
- Include an abstract (~200 words) and up to five keywords.

Papers must be submitted via Microsoft CMT.

Submit your paper through Microsoft CMT:

Author Information
- Provide accurate author details: names, affiliations, and email addresses.
- Ensure the correct order of authors, as this will be reflected in publication.
Paper Uploading
- Log in to Microsoft CMT.
- Click “Create New Submission”.
- Fill in required details: title, abstract, and author information.
- Upload your paper in Word/PDF format using the provided template.
- Assign appropriate keywords.
Review Process
- Technical Program Chairs evaluate papers based on technical relevance, scope, and plagiarism.
- Papers passing this stage undergo double-blind review by at least three experts.
- Authors are notified of acceptance/rejection and any required revisions via Microsoft CMT.
